Instructions:

1. Shoot & Upload a 1.5 minute video on YouTube* demonstrating your technique and dance-ability.

2. Fill in the registration form and paste the link from YouTube in it.

3. If your application to the program is accepted, you will be notified via E-mail, along with payment details.

4. Pay the tuition fee by one of our payment methods.

Deadlines:

For video and form submission: 15th April 2017.

For Tuition Fee: 20th April 2017.

*Please do not set the YouTube privacy setting to "Private". If your video does not play, your registration will be considered incomplete.

For Indian Nationals : INR 35,000/-

For International Students : USD $800/-

A Late Fee will be charged to payments received after due date.

International Students will receive a $100.00 tuition discount by paying in full by April 15, 2017.

Attendance:

1. Please note that 80% attendance is compulsory in the SUMMER INTENSIVE DANCE TRAINING CERTIFICATION PROGRAM.

2. If you are unable to attend the Intensive Program for a day, you need to inform the incharge at SHIAMAK - Mumbai (Head office) on +91 22 61543000.

3. If you are unable to attend the Intensive for more than 2 days due to sickness, a medical certificate needs to be produced.

4. To avail leave you need to e-mail your leave application at summerintensive@shiamak.com.

Uniform:

Please note that it is MANDATORY to wear SHIAMAK dance gear or the required dance uniform during the program.

The dance gear may be purchased from SDDG –Shiamak Davar Dance Gear. The Dance gear and accessories includes black vest, cycling shorts/pants, Knee pads, Yoga Mat.
